Congrats to our fencer John Lin on his first regional medal in Epee! John is rated in both Foil & Epee, but this is a breakthrough performance for him in epee! Great job on a 6th place finish, let’s see more of this!
We also had four other fencers compete at this event, and they all placed in the top 16! We had medal finishes from Claire Lin and Mahi Shah. Claire placed 2nd in Y12 Foil, and Mahi placed 5th in Div2 Foil! Both of them also placed in the top 16 of their second event. Claire finished 9th in Y14 Foil & Mahi placed 16th in Cadet Foil. Chris Alexander & Nathan Ezekiel also placed in the top 16 of their Cadet events as well, great job by all of you!
