We had a great showing at the JOs in Denver, CO from Kaveh Shafaie, Ali Shafaie, Nick Reznick, Anika Patel, and Danielle Tseng. Thanks to all of them for their hardwork and amazing work. Our team placed 11th of 27 teams in Men’s Foil!
Kaveh Shafaie – 10th place in Cadet Foil, 20th place in Junior Foil (undefeated in pools both days and only lost one bout each day)
Ali Shafaie – 4 wins from 5 pool bouts and lost a close DE in the second round
Nick Reznick – 4 wins from 6 pool bouts and one DE win in his first JOs as a 14 year old!
Anika Patel – Made the round of 128 in both of her events
Danielle Tseng – Got her first win at her first NAC!
