Our own fencers Kaveh Shafaie (Men’s Foil), Ali Shafaie (Men’s Foil), and Arnav Sunkavalli (Men’s Epee) had a combined record of 31-4 representing Rutgers at the Johns Hopkins Invitational event this past weekend. Kaveh Shafaie went 15-0, Ali Shafaie went 12-3, and Arnav Sunkavalli went 4-1. Rutgers was able to go undefeated in their 5 dual meets on the day, with victories against Johns Hopkins, Haverford, Drew, William & Mary, and Navy.
